This maintenance kit is complete with o-rings, bushings, bearings, seals of displacers and everything else that is required for complete maintenance of the Helium side.
During maintenance of a cryopump, it is advisable to replace any component subject to wear or which tends to reduce or compromise its functionality due to aging.
